BleepingComputer.com: Doies This Psu Work With This Mother Board?

hello everyone. first post here.

I have a simple question that has to be answered correctly... if not it will kill my mobo, this is reason why i am seaking some pro help here.

I have a
MOTHER BOARD
Tyan thunder n6650W s2915 ---> link

and a
POWER SUPPLY
Thermaltake toughpower 650w model w0104 ---> link
The tyan's manual says "DO NOT USE ATX 2.x or ATXEGS power supplies as they will damage the board and void your warranty"

The tyan manual also says that "....the board requires an EPS12V(24 pin + 8 pin + 4 pin) power supply"


The power supply says " complies with ATX 12V 2.2 & EPS 12V version
The power supply also has (24 pin + 8 pin + 4 pin)
does this mean that this psu work?
