Hello there. I've had Vista for about a week now, and have not really had any major issues. However, as of today, I have been unable to get control panel working. When I try to open it, the GUI appears briefly, then vanishes. I found a fix elsewhere (has to do with restarting certain services in the services menu), but when I reboot, the problem returns. Does anyone know if there is a permanent fix to this issue? Thanks in advance.

Did you add anything new or delete/uninstall anything today? (programs, drivers, updates, etc..)

I had the same problem with my new Velocity Micro machine!!! Sadly I had to wipe out the OS because it was corrupted. Certain drives that velocity game me fixed the problem, however, I have others now hehe.
