First, thanks to those who already helped me on another thread. I have got all my components picked out, I think they will all work fine. I tried to stay inexpensive but got products that were highly rated on newegg. Well here is my list, I already have the case (Raidmax Smilodon) and a monitor (Samsung 22' syncmaster 2220wm). Here's a link to the specs of your motherboard: http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Mother...?ProductID=2599
The only concern that I'd have would be with the 450 watt Power Supply. It's most likely plenty to handle what you've got listed - but it never pays to be stingy with your power.

Thanks for the advice, how many watts do you think is satisfactory?

450W is enough for your machine. The problem is that I have some doubts about whether that power supply actually can do what it promises. The Truth about PSU power ratings.
350W would be enough for you, if it is a good quality power supply supplying those 350Ws. These are high quality power supply makers: CoolerMaster, Enermax, OCZ, PC Power & Cooling, SeaSonic, Silverstone, Sparkle, Tagan, Vantec, Verax, Zalman.
