You need to enter the 25 character product key.
Its XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX format. Should be with the disc, if not, you are technically entitled to a new product key. Call up Microsoft again and explain the situation. -------------------- |

that is the problem the product key is no long useful for that cd I have entered it over and over it keeps teling to call microsoft to change the product key but they told me to buy another upgrade cd I still can't run any cds or floppys on it.
