BleepingComputer.com: Before I Buy Is My Build Ok?

I just wanted to know what you think of my build, if i should change anything, and im stuck between a few things and what yu think i should get. First of all I'm on a budget of at maximum 400$ and I have most of my peices done. The ones with prices beside them are the ones i have to buy, the ones with nothing i already have. (note i own hard drives and disk drives this is more internal stuff im worried about)

PARTS OWNED:

PSU- 500W Ultra X-Connect UV

CPU- Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz E4500 (plan on over clocking)

PARTS NEEDING TO BE BOUGHT:

RAM:

2GB OCZ Dual Channel DDR2 667MHz GOLD EDITION - 60$

4GB OCZ Dual Channel DDR2 667 MHz TITANIUM XTC- 150$ (Note my price limit. I'm looking around 300$ but 400 is MAX)

Graphics Card:
XFX nVidia 8500GT 512MB (plan on overclocking) PCIE (Note: I have a AGP graphics card I would like to add in with it which is why i am leaning toward the ASROCK motherboard)

Please let me know what you think, if theres any incompatabilities or anything you think i should change or would be better, that would be excellent.

looks ok.....

keep in mind - you will want some form of 3rd party cooling solution if you are going to overclock, also, those boards may not be the best overclockers.

I have cooling supplies already: Chipset cooler, Processor Cooler, Graphics card cooler, and 6 Case Fans. What would be a better overclocking board then? And what case and RAM do you think i should use?

I would go with this card if your on a budget.

XFX 8600GT

Its got a 620 core and 1600mhz memory instead of 500 core and 667 memory

I think this is the ram your looking at but less expensive

The RAM is perfect but...I'm buying at stores not online. And the graphics card i would go for but i have to wait about a month for a DVI cabled screen. I'll see if i can find the same or similar model at some of the stores I'm going to.
