What you can help me with if you do not mind is.. When Phawgg is not available what would be a good resource to whereas I can gather Info so that I am able to give facts.. Such as Good/Safe Programs I can run that would give me a report of some sort to where I can have available to Aid in the Troubleshooting of my PC? |

Well you can look at our startup database here:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups to look for programs and whether or not they should be allowed to start on your computer. To make it defrag before you shutdown you can create a file on your desktop called defrag.bat and add this to it: @echo off defrag c: shutdown -s -t 5 -c "defrag before shutdown" Then when you run the program it will defrag it and then shutdown your compute 5 seconds later. -------------------- Lawrence

I have my computer do its virus scan and virus updates when i shut down my computer and i like it a lot because it dosn't take up any of my time and dosn't effect th speed when looking on other web pages when downloading. The best thing is I don't have to sign on just to download a virus update every day or week or anytime.
I would suggest using the program on XP!!! -------------------- If you don't know where to post a question you can click on the link to the right, to find out where you should post your question (Click Here to find out where to post a question)*Fixed Broken Links*&*UPDATED(new info)*
