I don't have a PPC but did you ever try to use this website http://webmessenger.yahoo.com . Use you PPC to browse this site, it's a web based chat application for Yahoo Messenger.

heh thanks for the reply I do appreciate it but I was looking for something I could download and install on my phone to use that was free. Any ideas?

Is this something doable? Its a mobile version of Yahoo! Messenger but i don't know if it works on Windows Mobile or not.

That's what I tried at first but it keeps trying to use the cell phone connection instead of going through my wifi.
