Office XP Problem inserted images disappearing

Hello. I have a problem that one of my office ppl is having. She inserts gif and jpeg files into a document that she's working on, and she can see the images, but if she goes back to a page she worked on, the images or borders she inserted are either disappeared or only half there. Clicking on them shows that they are there, but they seem to not want to show all the time. I'm searching the MS Knowledge base right now. Thanks for the input.

Under tools, options, view, what is checked off

Sorry about that, all the ususl suspects are checked off, i went in and made sure that it is set to see images in the views.

I would try updating the video drivers and see if that helps.

Grin, your'e always there for me. I actually found the answer in lowering the hardware acceleration for my Display. That seemed to do the trick.
