reynald, Microsoft offers a free trial of Office 2007. You might want to download and install the trial and take it for, well-a trial run. See how it works for you, then decide if you want to purchase it.
They offer 3 versions as a test drive. Didn't say how long the trial period is, but it won't take you long to decide if it's a keeper. I have been using Office 2007 for a couple of months now, although I have not had any need to use Express. I like the application. There are quite a few nice features. I think the answer to your question might depend on your needs. Specifically, do you need to upgrade for any particular reason other than it is a good deal?
