Errors encountered while performing the operation. Look at the information window for more details.
Another window appears headed WinRAR self extracting archive containing a list of files, one of which is highlighted:
cannot open dwebio16.dll

Have you scanned for the presence of an infection (which may have bypassed your protection)?
Here's a couple of free, online scans to try:
http://safety.live.com (requires IE)
http://housecall.trendmicro.com
If you do find an infection, I'd suggest posting here for more assistance: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum103.html
If no infections are found, post back here for some more advice.
**If you need a more detailed explanation, please ask for it. I have the Knack. **

It is particularly annoying because I use it on a regular basis.

I could install the 30 day trial of drwebcureit, it like trojanhunter, is a good program and probably worth the money.
A fully functional 30 day trial sure beats the heck out of panda's online scan that wanted me to pay 13$ for 6 months to fix 3 tracking cookies.
