Hi,

One of my friend requested my help for his mobile (provider Libyana in Libya). He is using LG 3G mobile phone. In the first 2 days after subscribing GPRS, he found his yahoo mail working properly. But after that, it is not opening his mail box. After giving the user name and password, it stops working and shows a message, "can't connect". He can connect to his gmail account. Problem is with Yahoo Mail only. How to solve this problem?

Rgs,

Sreeram

Hello,

This could be a problem with the browser cache on the phone, empty the cache and remove the cookies, this should help.
Regards,

Alan.

Hi,

I'm so sorry Alan. Again after one day, started the same problem. Clearing of cache and cookies does not help at all.

If it is happening on a regular basis, then it could be a problem with yahoo mail or the ISP.Give it a while and try agian, it could be that one of the two companies were performing repairs. If the problem persists and cleaning the temp files and cookies does not resolve the issue, then you should contact the ISP.

Do you know other people with the same phone having trouble?
Does the phone have javascript turned on?
Regards,

Alan.
