Right clcik on them, and select 'End Process" from the task manager, under the processes tab.

There's an interesting thread on this problem here: http://www.adobeforums.com/webx/.3bc3f782

Post #18 shows how to locate and read the error log. Try that and let us know what you find.

Thnx usasma for replying.

In that thread Alex Damots explain how to find a error 'why adobe can not install' but, my problem is a little bit different couse of processes.
I looked at the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Installers for a error.

here is my log
-------------
ERROR
Installation cannot continue until the following applications are closed:
- iexplore.exe
Please close the application(s) listed above and click "Try Again" to continue the installation.

------------

the only solution i thing is, if i can kill the iexplore.exe from process. maybe is a spyware or somthing else.

so, have u any ide for 'next trying step'.

thank you.

You have far too many applications running in the background.

First, look at this link and apply the suggestions by Black Viper to "Services" .... type services.msc in [start search]
http://www.blackviper.com/WinVista/servicecfg.htm

Next,

Do you really need google update, groove monitor, mspaint, snagit and tech help all running?
These can be stopped from running at start up. All you need to do is click on the app (manual start) when it's needed....

I use Sysinternals Process Explorer instead of task manager for it gives you greater control and more details.

The latest version can be found here.
