Hello,
Are you saying that you tried the manual instal? As in going to microsoft download centre and downloading the media player setup. -------------------- Regards

Go to this site : http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.aspx . Download WMP 11, install it and you have no problem anymore.
