I have had Avast on my computer for awhile now, but something went stupid and I pray it wasn't just me tongue.gif When I start up, when I start email, sometimes, just for S**Ts&GiGGles when nothing else is going on, McAfee firewall throws up it's annoying warning that avast setup is trying to access the internet. I've already gone through and taken that program and the other avast scanning off the list once, tried completely allowing them, whatever the case. But rat B censored2.gif ard McAfee keeps putting them back on the list. I even unchecked the box that said to automatically set permissions for newly installed programs access rights, whatever whatever, to no avail. I have finally totally shut down McAfee, which is probably not recommended. I just thought I'd check and see if anyone may have some info on those two programs compatibility, or lack thereof. Any ideas would be great, thanks for your time grinner.gif

Have you checked for updates on either program? Could be as simple as that
