Edit: My memory's stock at CL4 I bumped up the voltage and re-timed them to CL3

Edit: I just copy and pasted a line of text and the screen flickered again, perhaps it has something to do with the ram or the drawing of information from the ram idk, this is the first time I changed a motherboard ( did it last night ).
