This has happened after uninstall and installs, switching version to 1.0.1 cleaning up orphans with bleep cleaner, getting rid of traces of spyware and defrag. I have other browsers; Maxthon, IE, SBCYahoo etc. All these work perfectly. I wonder if it might be that wome security settings are intefereing with FF (don't see how considering all else works fine). Anyone want to throw their hat at this? -------------------- A great golf swing and chili, onions and garlic all have one thing in common: they're repeatable!

When uninstalling Firefox, you will need to delete your Profile folder.
This file isn't removed when you uninstall Firefox. It will retain all of your previous settings, and re-apply them to your new install. Set windows to show hidden files, then navigate to: C:\ Documents and Settings \ user name \ Application Data \ Mozilla \ Firefox \ Profiles Delete this folder (or send it to the Recycle Bin as a backup), and then try reinstalling Firefox. -------------------- I love being married.
