i have a trial for ms word enterprise and it has recently expired.

i want to uninstal it but i cant as whenever i click remove a message pops up and says
'setup cannot continue because a required file is either corrupted or not available. run setup again from the original source disc or download location'

i have tried to open it from my downloaded file a large number of times, but with no avail.

every time it shows this i have no idea how to fix it.

i want to get rid of my trial now.

Hi icy.
Manual removal is probably the next best option, the procedure is here.
Let us know how it goes.
