I'm 1280x1024 as well. I went up from 640x480 on my first computer! Eesh...that was a scary memory...

u funny funny people... i have mine at 1024 x 768, when i get a bigger monitor and better vid card its going all the way to 1240 x 1024. yea i had computers and monitors that didnt support beyond 800 x 640. but i still could play some legendary games on them. like the first first first nascar racing game, oh man was that fun.

I use 1280 x 1024. Aren't the computers that use the 1600 x 1200 fairly hard to find. Do you also have to have a LCD screen.

Also I didn't even know how to enhance my resolution until this post. I need to learn so much.

Before this post I was using 1024 x 768.

Much better now.

Thanks!!

Since I built my new comptuer I mostly use 1152 x 846. But sometimes I have to go clear up to 1280x960 so when I'm writing sentences in Notepad I can see the extra spaces that are there, that I don't want to be there.
