hi guys,

I cant receive or download emails in windows mail, im running vista home premium.

it has been working.

It says I need to restart as a version of mail is already running. I cant see anything running under task manager.

Im new to vista but this has got me beat

any ideas

Do you have an email program with your ISP? You'll have to set Windows Mail up and use it as the 'default' program.

windows mail is set up as the default email program, my isp doesnt have an email as I have my own pop3

??
