I go from site to site have to use my csr's wireless from time to time. Some of my csr's have static ip addresses set up but most have dynamic ip servers set up. Is it possible to set up profiles to allow me to select which location i am at to automatically remember static ip settings for that location???? and still be able to have access to all my files?? thanks all for your help.

Edit: Moved topic to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal

There is a facility for this in XP, but IMO it's not real reliable. I'd suggest using the connection management software that is designed for your wireless card.

BUT....I have found many problems with the different wireless management software programs around. So I'd suggest finding one that you can use, set it up, and then don't ever mess with it again!

Good luck!
