The case was open and theres like 5 fans so I know its not hot or even warm. It freezes doing any thing, Clicking something, Windows Update, Sitting on the Desktop any thing at all! No Viruses or Spyware installed the os less then 45 min ago and it has virus protection. I cant move mouse or Cntl alt delete, nothing at all. My motherboad says I have to update the Bios, How do I do that?
