I have vista home premium, was working fine until 2 days ago when it no longer recognized my Admin password. The system restore tutorial info (from this site) was forwarded to me, I can log on with standard user account, complete steps 1-4, when I click on System Tools it asks for Admin password, I type it in, it tells me it's incorrect, which returns me to the problem I'm trying to fix. Has anyone had success with the admin password problem? Help would be greatly appreciated..I've only had this new dell/vista since 12/19/07, should I return it, or have vista removed and xp installed. Thanks Jhowe

Bleeping Computer regs stop us from helping anyone crack passwords. I would contact Dell.

No. Try not. Do... or do not. There is no try.
