Since a while, without apparent cause, my Outlook 2003 doesn't open anything appeared inside the message, as e mails, buttons, web pages, etc. saying that "restrictions" avoid this operation and that I must talk with the administrator. When trying to modify security level it's impossible. It's really unbelievable that in the web the matter is almost not mentioned; and when it is, some guys advice to modify security as if that obvious procedure wasn't clearly already performed by the affected user. Many thanks and kind greetings

The trouble with that impossibility to open links is secondary that no browser is clearly a default one, specially that one that's being used systematically. If IE, just it gets fixed if in internet options one says yes when asking at the startup. In Mozilla it's mandatory to go to Start, execute and type firefox.exe -soņen -nosplash -setDefaultBrowser. Inmediately, links and other connections start to open easilly from Outlook 2003. Greetings.
