Does anyone know of a Lexmark or generic driver that might trick an X74 All-in-One to work with Vista?

There is no Vista drivers direct from Lexmark http://www.lexmark.com/lexmark/sequentiale...89_0_en,00.html
Have you tried the XP driver? Although doubtful it will work.
