Hi all,
My Quick Launch Button LEDs (the ones at the top of the keyboard, not the fn+Fx keys) stopped working, so I contacted HP support. They asked me to uninstall the Quick Launch s/w from "Add/Remove Programs", so I did. Then they gave me a link where I should have been able to reinstall the s/w plus a new security patch, but that didn't work. Now, they have no idea what I should do.
I've searched around the HP site, but can't find the s/w to download the function for my nc2400.
Google gave me a post from this site from 2006 where a link for a different model was posted. Can anyone help me find the right place for me to download the Quick Launch s/w for my nc2400. I'm running Windows XP Professional.
Thanks!
Dawn

I wish those updates helped. But, I've tried to install them several times and they don't seem to have any effect at all, so I can only assume that I need the base software first before the updates will install.
Any other thoughts?
Thanks!
