Desktop Image Leaves A Mark On My Monitor Don't really know what happened

I got a desktop image from a trusted site (though i don't recall what site it was but it was from Valve the game company). On the image is a guy like this Click but when i go to other sites or play games if i look at a certain color object around the same area the guy is I can clearly see the image of the person....I don't mind that its there but I am worried if its a bad sign


If you want I can try and it more clear, though I tried to make it as clear as I could right now

If it's an LCD screen, this can be image persistence (it's not "screen burn" with an LCD), try periodically changing your desktop background or icon locations, whatever determines the location of that image, or run a screensaver:
