Ragnarok (5kilobytes) Installer Can't Be Deleted it opened a command prompt when executed

when i tried to delete it. it says it cant be deleted, some program maybe using it. try closing the program then retry.
what should i do. it opened a command prompt when i tried to execute it

Try uninstalling it in safe mode, there are a limited amount of applications running in this mode. While you're there, run your anti virus and malware scans.

it wasn't installed anyway.
it just opened a command prompt when i executed it.
besides its just 32kb.

Well, you can restart and delete but I find that way too time consuming (My current computer is a scraped peice of junk that takes about 10 minutes to start up)

Well... You could end the process and delete if another process is using the application.


To do this Ctrl+Alt+Del> Task Manager > Processes tab> ragnorak.exe


Im not sure if that is the exact process name it may be installer.exe ...

I think u should download unlocker... This little application is really useful for deleting most items which cannot be deleted because of some process that is still using that thing or another option is killed process msciexe.exe or something like that and disable all startup. Restart and try to delete again.
