Webcams Anyone?

So I was really thinking of getting a webcam and im really not sure what I should get.
I was thinking affordability along with quality, nothing too special just something to get me by but then again I dont want it to be a piece of crud, ya digg?
-Brand Names
-Models
-whatever thats gonna help me

I would suggest taking a look at the Logitech line of webcams, based on my experiences (which are limited).

To me, the hardest part about deciding what webcam to buy is trying to figure out the quality one will get regarding video...to satisfy individual tastes/preferences.

I agree with Hamluis. Logitech's peripherals are generally quite good, and they offer a range of prices, good software, and adequate customer support. Better advice might be forthcoming if you were to tell us what you want to do with the webcam, and your expectations for clarity. For just casual chat, you need not have a top of the line webcam, for example.

Well, after taking your suggestions into consideration I went out to Wal-Mart and bought a "Logitech QuickCam Express" which is working quite nicely considering Im only going to be using it for visual chatting(or whatever its called) on Yahoo! messenger.
So thanks for the help; it was much appreciated!
