Problem W/ Ie 7.0 And Site Certificates

pretty much every web site i go to is blocked from ie because it says the certificate is expired yet when i look they are not so whats the deal and how can i fix this ?

First thing off the top of my head is to make sure the date and time for your computer is correct, also in the BIOS. If it isn't, Reset it and retry. If you clock does not keep the correct time after you reset it, you need to change the motherboard battery
