Sony walkman 1gb digital music player- the disk in this mp3 has Sonic Stage version 3.4...

When trying to add songs to my daughter's player using their sonic stage, I get the omgjbox.exe error message, so I cannot add her songs. It is pissing me off! I googled the message, but I am not savvy with all this stuff. I just want to put music on my kids player! It shouldn't be this hard

anyways... thanks for any help.
