Vista Won't Recognize Mp3 Player, Digital Frame, Etc.

I got my kid's each a inexpensive Mp3 player (Zen stones). They don't come with disks and the drivers won't install on the laptop (Vista). Same thing happened last week with a digital frame. The frame worked on the XP desktop. I haven't tried the players on the desktop, but I'd really like to install these types of things on the laptop.
