Internet Connection

Every time i leave my computer idle for a while with my connection working perfectly fine, by the time i come back my connection is disabled and i have to unplug and replug in my router and modem to get the connection working again

ive tried changing th power settings but it still shuts off

please help

The next thing I would check is to see if the router is configured to timeout after a certain amount of time.
What model of router and modem are you using?

Acer Aspire 5732z
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
Processor: Intel Pentium III Xeon, 2200 MHz
RAM: 3 GB
Display: Mobile Intel GMA 4500M
