I'm sick and tired of trying to delete, rename, move, or access anything without Windows asking me do do it. Can I disable that?

hi,,, i think you mean the user account controle,,, to switch this off you must be loged on as administrator, then click the start orb,,, type into the search box user accounts click on user accounts and you will find what your looking at the bottom of the list.
