I decided to test send, (to myself), a picture in regular e-mail from my draft box, it took a while to send it, apx.,(guess), 10 min.

That was about a half an hour ago. I still have not received it. I also sent a e-m without picture to myself, I have not received this either.

They are in my sent folder, so they apparently were sent.

Might there be an explanation out there ?

Without more detailed information.... it could just be your ISP service. It might take several hours for you to receive them.

I have just sent mail to myself using yahoo mail I also have not received.

I do not know where the picture went, however I did check options and reset my mail check time and did receive non picture test mail, I am presently testing picture mail and will let you know the outcome.

I have it working but never received original picture test mail although I have the sent copy, I do not know how to read the Message source or derive any information from the properties. So, I can only guess, but I don't have any of those either ?

But thanks for reading.

OK, . . .
I received it it was mailed at 8:16PM, it's 11 PM and I found it sitting there I'm not sure when it arrived, I suppose it stopped off for a beer along the way or maybe it was halted by customs or something.

If you think of all the stops along the way that an E-mail takes, it is not surprising that it can get bogged down somewhere in a internet snow drift, especially if it is burdened by an fairly large attachment.
Cheers,
John
