Hey,

The keys " and @ have changed around - When the " button is pressed the @ shows up instead and vice versa.

How can I fix this?

Thanks

Are you sure thoses are the only keys acting up? Try removing it Iin Device Manager, reboot and let Windows reinstall it Also try another one if you have one laying around

When you installed windows, you have selected the "US Keyboard" rather than "UK Keyboard" - thats why the characters are around the wrong way.
