Rundisk 2 Gb Usb 2.0 Freezes 'my Computer' It just doesnt want to work

I recently got a 2 gb usb flash drive off the internet. Picked it up, brought it home and it worked for a day but then started to freeze :thumbsup:

when i opened 'My Computer' and freezes anything else that makes contact with it. I have checked and i do have USB 2.0 and have done computer virus scans with NOD so i dont think it could be that. Any help would be really appreciated here

If it is a good name brand, such as Memorex or Sandisk, they have very good tech support. I would not hesistate to call them for their assistance.

If it is an off-brand, that may be the problem. There are a lot of people making really cheap Flash Drives.

Try a different one (brand) and see if that also locks up.
