i have vista ultimate 64 bit laptop --- i was able with slight problem to download both itunes/quicktime initally --- however i have not been able to update to the newest versions --- unclear what the issue is --- i do have nvidia geforce go 7600 and 2 gb of ram --if those make any difference --- if i need to provide any additional info just tell me what you would need and how to find it on the laptop to give it to you for assistance -- i am perplexed and have tried the original fix that allowed me to download the programs but now that fix doesn't work -- so i am using the older version but would like to stay current if possible --- not a major crisis but frustrating all the same -- thanks so much
