האנאקקה שמח

Hanukah - Dec 5, 2007

(Kislev 25 - Hanukka celebrates the rededication of the Temple in Jerusalem after the victory of the Maccabees over the Syrian army.)

שלום על כל
سلام على كل
(Peace upon/to all)

Celebrate the comming seasonal days with only good thoughts for others.

Dare I say Merry Christmas to those that celebrate such also!?

I'm not Jewish but will certainly join you in wishing all that celebrate Hanukkah a safe an happy holiday season.

Personally, I think it's a bit early to be "Merry Christmas"-ing,

but maybe that's just me, so to be on the safe side,

Merry Christmas to all as well.

I know you think you understand what you thought I said,
but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant!

ETA: I made this image about 4 years ago, but the message is the same! As for Christmas, I'll wait on that, thanks.

I messed up. A Koanistic gambit.

I should have said Happy Kwanza too to those that celebrate this newer day in their lives.

There are others that celebrate these times also. Shall we embrace them also?

You betcha, KY; surely everyone who celebrates or even doesn't celebrate something at this time of year should be embraced. But according to this list of holidays, Kwanza doesn't begin until Dec. 26.

ETA: forgot to include the link. :flowers:

Yeah, I'm thinking it's a bit early to be Happy Kwanzaa-ing, too.

"Think" what one will... I only presented greetings to those I remember to do so for today. Pardon me for being an elder.
I start on the 1st of December wishing many greetings.

"Early" - check your local retailers - enough said.

Staying Updated Calendar of Updates.
For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....
