Downloading Smitfraud

Every time I try to download smitfraud or Ad-aware SE I get a "securty alert" message that says: "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded." How do I change my security settings so it will allow the programs to be downloaded?

Why are you trying to download "SMITFRAUD-C.????" Look at my post and see what is did to my computer..infected it!!!

I have this video add on thing in my program files that keeps popping up these messages telling my I have spyware and everything else under the sun.

It depends on the specific message that you're getting - this could either be a legitimate Windows message, or it can be an attempt by the infection to let even more bad stuff onto your system.
