Need Help With "ie7" Problem CANNOT INSTALL FLASH PLUGIN

I do not know if this is the right forum, but here goes !:

When I try to install Flash Plugin it says installed but when I go to the website that requires the plugin , It says that "Flash Plugin needs to be Installed" , or "Missing Plugin" :
Can somebody please Help me ? How Can I FiX this . Can I Reinstall just "IE7" from my Reinstallation disk that came with my computer?
Here is all Relivant Info:


Toshiba A135 Notebook
Vista Home Premium
I also have the 2 Disk Recovery Pack supplyed with computer at purchase time.

Hi drvldad, go to the link and download the flash uninstaller then once you have uninstalled you can reinstall http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewConten...7&sliceId=1

I reset all options - tools - internet options - advanced - reset.

You will have to go through your settings again but it worked for me.
