This doesn't happen all the time but it does happen sometimes. I have three computers, all of them running Vista (Halo 2 required it). on occasion when I turn on my computer (8/10 times) the active window I'm trying to work with becomes in active as soon as I click on it. then I click on the window in the task bar it becomes active again but when I click on the window it becomes inactive. there is no pattern to this, sometimes it whatever program I'm running, sometimes it's an error message. to hit the ok button I have to tab my way to it because it seems the arrow keys don't always work. keyboard functions work just not the mouse. anyone have any ideas about how to fix this? If nothing else please just let me know I'm not alone!
My Laptop is running Vista Home Premium 32 bit
the two desktops are running Vista Home Premium 64 bit.
