0xc0150004 Error Unable to to rum Windows Media Player, i-Tunes, or sounds

I get 2 0xc0150004 errors and a cmicnfg.cpl error whenever I log onto my computer. As a result of these, Windows Media Player, i-Tunes , and the speakers do not work. Please, help.
