What are you doing when this happens? Viewing movies, burning music or movies, playing music CD's. Need more details

Hi, I am trying to burn music on to a blank cd. Using itune, also I have windows xp.

So does it work when you play a music CD? Try using a differ program to burn your music

So does it work when you play a music CD? Try using a differ program to burn your music. Any errors show on the screen? Look in your Event Viewer
