I was just wondering if anyone knows if they sell ethernet jumpers to connect ethernet cables to one another? Thanks.

Yes, but each connector adds to the possibility of line noise and other problems inline cat 5 connector
You can also buy any length you want http://www.stonewallcable.com
If you're handy, Home depot sells everything to make your own

Be sure that you know which type of cable you will need, straight or crossover type.
