I been reading alot and i think i should get through it just fine but am open to your imput seeing that you have probably done this before. Im wondering what you guys think of this set up and read your feedback and suggestions. It will be for gaming and normal computing. Just want to be able to play most newer online games such as the half life 2, quake 4 or enemy territory quake wars. 1. Cooler Master Centurion 5 Purchased Already 2. Thermaltake 430W Purchased Already 3. Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L 4.ASUS 20X DVD SATA Burner 5.XFX 8600GTS 6. Dual-Core 2.0Ghz E2180 7.ZeroTherm CF900 Copper Heatsink-92mm Fan Purchased Already 8. Western Digital 250-320GB 16MB Cashe SATA 3.0 Hard drive 9. Start off with 2-4GB PC2-6400 DDR2 800 10. I not going to run Vista So is this the opperating system you recommend? Do they have Windows XP 64-Bit Home Edition? Didnt see it on new egg. For instance my friend has 64-bit Os and his Iphone doesn't work with itunes on 64-bit for some reason. I'd still get it, I got it and I love it. --------------------

CPU benchmarks Try out some of those benchmarks comparing the pentium D's to the pentium dual cores. The dual cores should do better (except maybe the faster Pentium D's but those cost a bit more). --------------------
