Hi akuma,

I've edited out your HijackThis log because, as already mentioned, this is not the forum to post those. This is for your own protection, since sometimes someone with not enough knowledge might give you advice that could make things worse.

Usually we just move these topics to a holding area and ask you to repost, but there is too big of a backlog right now and your log shows no sign of infection. If you want to troubleshoot your other issues, please post back to this topic, just don't use HijackThis to do it. We keep the use of HijackThis for malware removal only.

To answer your question, the O10 is legitimate and related to K7 Total Security that you have installed. http://www.k7computing.com/products.asp

"Unknown", just means it is unknown to HijackThis, not that it is bad.

One thing I do see in your log that may be causing problems is a service from Symantec: Symantec Lic NetConnect service (CLTNetCnService). If you had Norton Security products installed before switching to K7, then this is a leftover and should be removed. But if you have some other type of Symantec product install, such as Ghost, then you should leave it.

That is about all I can help you with as I don't run Vista myself.
And I may be obliged to defend
Every love every ending
Or maybe there's no obligations now,
Maybe I've a reason to believe
We all will be received
In Graceland--Paul Simon

Since the O10 item is likely legitimate - is it causing you problems?

Your Bluetooth problem is likely caused by the drivers for your bluetooth device (since it happens when you use it). The fix (if this is the case) would be to uninstall the bluetooth drivers and then reinstall a freshly downloaded copy from the manufacturer's website.

To be sure of this, we'd need more information about the error. To find the error, first note the time that the error occurs. Then press Start and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter. In the left hand pane click on the + sign next to "Windows Logs", then click on the System log. The events will show up in the middle pane. Scroll down to the time of the error and look for error messages relating to it. Copy the information from the event viewer and post it in your next post.
