i was just wondering whether it is dangerous/unsafe to plug all of my 3 case fans (using the 4pin molex converters) into the one slot on the motherboard?

Daisy chaining off the motherboard is not recommended. The white 4 pin connectors located on the motherboard are designed for only 1 fan. You can use any of the available connectors off the power supply to run the fans. If the plugs are the wrong type you can get adapters. You do want at least 1 fan plugged into the case fan port and 1 plugged into the CPU fan port. The system monitors these and this will prevent the system from giving you an error. Also depending on the size of your power supply running too many fans can cause power problems which lead to many instability issues with the computer.
