Shrinking Screen shinking screen

Hey people.Im having a problem.When im watching vids on youtube in fullscreen mode, the screen switches back to normal mode after about 30 seconds or so.And when i play games in fullscreen mode they shrink into the task bar. Recently Ive been getting this popup saying "CwndSessionMonitor:iexplore.exe-application error.I wonder if they are related ? Any advice ? thanks
