Norton Internet Security is blocking access to web pages or Outlook Express when it is enabled..If i shut it off then everything works perfect any ideas on why its blocking me??........THANKS!!!!!!!

Enter the Norton internet security control panel and give permission to those applications. They are probably set to block them right now

Hey Grinler.....thanks for trying to help solve this issue but i was unable to locate exactly what you were telling me about..Being a cluebie i may have missed it ,,i did find general rules if that is it but i didn't find what i was looking for...who knows..I was wondering about uninstalling and do a reinstall just on the NIS portion..somebody said they had to do that but i wanted your opinion before i did...again thanks for all your help!!
