Itunes: Crossfading Feature

using the current 7.5 version of iTunes, the crossfrade is great. But some how it won't work at all while in Party Shuffle (this is on Windows Vista by the way).....to me an idea of having a party shuffle is to have a continous flow of music without silence and it really sucks. You have to play via normal play list but the shuffle isn't as good as the party one...

anyone else have this problem, crossfade won't work at all in party shuffle?
